To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned to us in a re-salable condition, in their original and undamaged packaging. We will process your returns and issue you with a refund to the card with which you made payment.
Please note that postage costs for returning goods must be incurred by the customer, with the exception of defective or faulty goods.
